These signs along I-71 in Ohio, installed on , are believed to be the first such signs in the US (see this Cincinnati Enquirer article). The signs between Columbus and Cleveland no longer exist—victims of a road widening project; we don’t know whether the signs between Columbus and Cincinnati still exist.
